Your gin will taste differently depending on how much tonic / mixer you use.  We typically recommend a ratio of 1:3 for our range of London Dry Gins - that's 1 part gin to 3 parts mixer.  Some gins we might recommend a 50/50 mix i.e. 1:1, or in some cases even a 1:4.

This measure makes it easy to produce the same mix of gin to tonic, time and time again - an essential piece of bar equipment.
